Stephanie Hart
PCAP Case Manager
Stephanie brings both clinical expertise and a deep commitment to relationship-centered care to her work. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western Washington University and her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, Chicago.
“I believe healing begins when people feel seen, respected, and supported without judgment. “
For Stephanie, compassion builds trust—and trust creates the foundation for lasting progress. She chose this field after witnessing—both personally and professionally—the transformative impact of compassionate, early intervention for mothers and their children. Through her experience, she has seen how supporting women with histories of addiction, mental health challenges, and trauma can interrupt intergenerational cycles and create meaningful, lasting change.
“I am confident that walking alongside women during early motherhood creates opportunities to shift the trajectory of entire families. I am continually inspired by seeing individuals move from hopelessness to hope.”
