Jennifer Ross

PCAP Case Manager

“Seeing the transformative power of wrap-around care in the lives of my loved ones inspired me to become a part of changing the lives of women and children for the better.”

As a dedicated foster parent and guardian of two siblings Jennifer brings a compassionate understanding of trauma, attachment and healing to her work at Sound Pathways. Before joining our team, Jennifer worked closely with the Tulalip Tribes foster program and Snohomish County PCAP to support her children and their families through their healing journey.

Jennifer understands the power of true connection and works from that place to support her clients as they transform their lives.

“I believe that all change, healing and wholeness is achieved through avenues of connection… connection to ourselves, our emotions and our needs as well as connection with others, their love, their support and their care for us and through us. “

Jennifer graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelors’ Degree in English.
