PCAP Case Manager
Coral brings a powerful combination of heart and human resource expertise to her work, blending professional excellence with deep personal passion for client-centered service. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toledo, where she focused on Human Resource Management and Organizational Leadership & Management and is a SHRM-Certified Professional.
“I was excited for an opportunity to work for an organization that includes meaningful work and working directly with clients. I’ve always loved connecting people to resources and supporting women in at-risk environments.”
A lifelong advocate of servant leadership, Coral leads with empathy, collaboration, and purpose. She enjoys seeing those around her thrive and knowing that she was able to be a part of that development. Her leadership style centers on empowering others while fostering a culture of care and connection.
“During my time in a fraternity, we lost friends and loved ones to addiction and violence. It was heartbreaking—and it changed everything. That’s when community service became something much deeper for me.”
Coral assisted in efforts that prioritized harm reduction education and women’s safety. She was instrumental in organizing events such as Be-Wise-er and building long-term partnerships with organizations like Justice for Sierah, Keeping Our Girls Safe, and Team Recovery—initiatives that continue to impact the Toledo community to this day.
Whether she’s developing workplace systems or showing up for individuals in crisis, Coral is guided by a clear purpose: to lead with service and leave people better than she found them.
