Vashti Quirós is a familiar face to the Snohomish County community having worked as the Executive Director of the Snohomish County Music Project. She knows the importance of supporting our vulnerable community members to ensure their civil rights and provide equitable access to inclusive, affirming, and safe experiences.
Vashti believes that racial equity and inclusion are paramount to keeping our communities and networks vibrant and thriving during this unprecedented health crisis and into the future.

Vashti holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Business Administration from North Seattle College and certifications in Essentials of Development, HR & Equity, and Restorative Practices Trauma-Informed CARE.
