Jessica Crosby
FCS Housing Case Manager
“I have always been deeply motivated to work closely with individuals who struggle to navigate life’s challenges and overcome the barriers that have consistently held them back.“
Sound Pathways played a transformative role in the trajectory of Jessica’s life, shaping the future she lives today. In 2014, Jessica was a client of Safe Babies Safe Moms (now PCAP), where she found recovery and a new way of life. Jessica holds a Substance Use Disorder Counselor associate’s degree from Skagit Valley Community College and is a certified Peer Specialist and Recovery Coach.
Compassion is the value Jessica connects with most, as she has personally experienced the same desperation that many in our community face. Her goal is to be a source of understanding and support, ensuring that no one feels alone on their journey.
Having lived many years in fear and addiction, Jessica knows firsthand the struggles her clients face. She has made the courageous decision to surrender all that she knew to grow and become the person she is today. Through this journey, she discovered that there is always a way out and that there are people—like those at Sound Pathways—who believe in lifting others up.
“Today, I take immense pride in being able to offer that same life-saving support to my community. I consider it my greatest accomplishment to share the compassion and care I once received so graciously, helping others on their path to recovery.”
