Cloe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Washington State University. Cloe is enthusiastic about integrating Sound Pathways’ evidence-based techniques to confront and resolve longstanding challenges in the community.

Guided by the values of respect and community, Cloe believes that everyone is doing the best they can with the knowledge and resources available to them. She is committed to reducing barriers and creating a more equitable society. She sees Sound Pathways programs as shining examples of how community resources can be combined to foster the success of both individuals and society as a whole.
