“The most vital aspect of my work is the capacity to create a meaningful bond and connection with the clients.” Caitlin endeavors to meet them where they are on their journey, and embraces them for who they are, ensuring she maintains this high level of care continuously.
Caitlin holds a Bachelors in psychology from Northwest University, as well as a Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee certification (SUDPT) from Lake Washington Tech, and currently working towards a Master’s in social work (MSW) through University of Washington.
Caitlin’s personal experiences, including “being raised by a parent with addiction, and having firsthand experience with homelessness and instability, have fueled her passion for supporting individuals struggling with substance use disorders.“
