Angela Pennington
HRC Community Outreach Specialist
Angela serves with a heart for service and deep empathy guiding her every interaction. With a lifelong passion for helping others, Angela is committed to walking alongside individuals facing homelessness and addiction, meeting them where they are with compassion, dignity, and hope.
“I believe that even the smallest acts—a smile, a kind word, or connecting someone to a life-saving resource—can become powerful stepping stones toward healing and self-love. Every interaction is a chance to help someone take that first step toward a better life, free from the barriers that stand in their way.”
Angela has dedicated much of her life to nurturing and supporting children. As a proud mother of four and grandmother of two, she now channels that same nurturing spirit into serving some of the most vulnerable individuals in our community. For years, she felt a growing call to help those experiencing homelessness and struggling with addiction. When she discovered Sound Pathways, she knew she had found her chance to turn that calling into meaningful action.
“My work in the community is often the first step in someone’s journey toward recovery. By providing vital tools and compassionate support, I help create a foundation for lasting change, whether that means reuniting with loved ones, returning to school, entering the workforce, or finally finding a place to call home.”
Angela leads with heart, purpose, and an unwavering belief in the power of human kindness. She is a devoted advocate, committed to making sure every person she meets feels seen, valued, and supported as they take steps toward the life they deserve.
