Linesa was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. When she moved to Seattle eight years ago, she brought with her a passion for advocacy work. For Linesa, being part of the BIOPIC community healing from generations of trauma has become front and center work. She knows that it has been very taboo for her community to seek help – especially regarding mental and emotional wellness – and focuses her experience and efforts on this work.

Linesa holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Healthcare Administration with a concentration in management from the University of Phoenix. She is currently completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
